This 12-week class is for cancer survivors who have completed treatment and/or are well enough to attend 12 weeks of 2-hour classes. Family or friend caregivers are welcome to also register. These survivorship classes help cancer survivors and caregivers build skills to deal with fear of recurrence, relationship changes, nutrition, exercise, learning to relax and finding happiness. Attendance at all 12 weeks is strongly encouraged; while occasional schedule conflicts are understandable, registration is intended for those who expect to complete all 12 sessions.

    Topics presented include:
Building Resilience - The skills of survivors
The Power of the Mind - Psychological strengthening skills
Advocating for Me - Building a Survivorship Plan
