For cancer survivors and their family caregivers, these research-based weekly classes focus on wellness and relaxation, helping them regain physical and psychological strength. Support Groups for those with Metastatic or Recurrent Cancers
Professional facilitators help survivors and caregivers create their best lives possible while living with cancer. Sessions enhance nutrition, exercise relationships, and emotional strength. empowering participants to make choices that enable them to live well. These classes are FREE to survivors and their caregivers.
